Shipping Costs

Duty-free including sales tax: For orders under £69.99, Shipping Cost is £6.98.
Free shipping: On all orders over £69.99.

Delivery & Processing Time

All orders will be shipped within 3–7 business days. After the product is shipped, it usually takes 10–20 business days to arrive.

Please note: Shipping time does not include processing time. The total time required to receive an order is processing time + shipping time (Estimated 15–30 working days).

Please ensure you provide a detailed delivery address (street number is required). Otherwise, our customer service team will notify you, which may delay shipping.

When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, contact us and we'll fix it!

Delivery Requirements

Please check the package carefully upon receipt. If you find any damage or missing items, please contact us immediately and provide relevant proof within 24 hours.
If you haven't received your order within 30 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@monasuit.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

After-Sales Service
